Excellent location, good communication, early check-in, clean room, great water pressure.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. It was so convenient to have many Gondola stations, shops, and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The room was beautiful and cosy, with a lovely terrace overlooking a charming canal. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great.

Convenient location for sightseeing, close to everything on foot. Clean and comfortable room in a separate building. Quick response from porter upon arrival. Enjoyable breakfast at the on-site restaurant with friendly staff and good food selection. Easy walk from the Alilaguna boat stop.

The reception desk may be in a separate building, but a note on the door provides straightforward instructions on where to check in. The friendly staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options to start the day right.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Venice! The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the prices of other accommodations in the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always helpful, giving us plenty of information about the best places to visit. The location is perfect, situated on a tiny alley named Calle De Le Balote, just a stone's throw away from the Rialto bridge. It was so convenient to explore the main attractions as we were right on the main alley where people pass by. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, with walls finished in local fabric and excellent bathroom facilities for our needs. And to top it all off, the breakfast included in our stay was a real treat, with a great variety of choices, including delicious croissants and cakes. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.
